Who is Meredith Brough?
She is a mother of five children and a new grandma. She cared for infants and children for thirty years as a nanny, preschool teacher, and daycare provider. For the past 6 1/2 years, she has helped mothers feel revitalized, connected and at peace by restoring their sleep and helping them trust their intuition and understand their children better. She served the most depleted, exhausted mothers who were raising high needs, spirited, and highly sensitive children.
Meredith is the creator of the Baby-Centered Sleep System to improve sleep for all temperament types, with 8 nurturing, intuitive sleep methods. She Meredith hosts “The Sweet Slumber Podcast,” teaches and facilitates a sleep coach school, and guides sleep consultants as they fine-tune their abilities and get their businesses thriving!
