A lot comes down to how you move… How does your most successful self move, breathe, walk, eat, talk? What’s her posture like? Who does she surround herself with?
Who you are today is setting you up for your future!

Do the math! How much does your dream life actually cost? Dream BIG! Cost of the house, car, vacations, second homes, gifts, donations, bills, insurance, etc.
Get creative! Get specific!
What would your yearly income have to be in order to afford that lifestyle?
How many clients per month would your business need to generate?

Today's journaling exercise is getting clear on what you're willing to commit to, as well as what you're no longer willing to accept (and what you're now committed to instead).
Don't forget to include ALL areas of your life, not just business.
Here are some examples:
"I commit to letting go of resistance & excuses."
"I commit to showing up daily and engaging with my community."
"I commit to selling every day."
"I commit to moving by body at least 15 minutes every day."
"I commit to taking ownership of my decisions."
"I am no longer willing to accept anything less than my best. I accept only giving 100% of my efforts."
"I am no longer willing to accept others telling me what to do. I accept positive encouragement and/or understanding only.”

Take out a piece of paper and draw a line in the middle of it.
On one side, write down all of the things you want.
On the other side, write down all of the reasons you DON’T believe you can have it.
Now, on a NEW sheet of paper, re-write those beliefs and create NEW ones.
For example, if one thing that you want is to make 6-figures in your coaching business, and one of your beliefs is “Because I've never done it before... I believe, I am not someone who makes that sort of money”. You would re- write that to something like “I’m a coach who makes 6-figures + effortlessly”.
Do this for ALL of the limiting beliefs until you’ve re-written them all.
Remember your belief system, your current identity is running the show. It's time to rewire your brain and rewrite your beliefs.
